Significance

Mithuna Sankranti marks the transition of the Sun into Gemini. In Eastern India, especially Odisha, it is celebrated as Raja Parba, honoring the earth's fertility and the agricultural cycle. It is a time of joy, community feasting, and honoring Mother Earth.

Surya Arghya

Earth Worship
