Chapter 10, Verse 8 · God as the Source of All
अहं सर्वस्य प्रभवो मत्तः सर्वं प्रवर्तते ।इति मत्वा भजन्ते मां बुधा भावसमन्विताः ॥
Ahaṃ sarvasya prabhavo mattaḥ sarvaṃ pravartateIti matvā bhajante māṃ budhā bhāva-samanvitāḥ
I am the source of all spiritual and material worlds. Everything emanates from Me. Knowing this, the wise worship Me with all their hearts.
Chapter 10, Verse 41 · God in All Greatness
यद्यद्विभूतिमत्सत्त्वं श्रीमदूर्जितमेव वा ।तत्तदेवावगच्छ त्वं मम तेजोंऽशसम्भवम् ॥
Yad yad vibhūtimat sattvaṃ śrīmad ūrjitam eva vāTat tad evāvagaccha tvaṃ mama tejo'ṃśa-sambhavam
Know that all glorious, beautiful and mighty creations spring from just a spark of My splendour.
Chapter 10, Verse 3 · Knowing God's True Nature
यो मामजमनादिं च वेत्ति लोकमहेश्वरम् ।असम्मूढः स मर्त्येषु सर्वपापैः प्रमुच्यते ॥
Yo mām ajam anādiṃ ca vetti loka-maheśvaramAsaṃmūḍhaḥ sa martyeṣu sarva-pāpaiḥ pramucyate
One who knows Me as unborn and beginningless, as the great Lord of all the worlds — he, among mortals, is undeluded and freed from all sins.
Chapter 10, Verse 20 · God as the Self of All
अहमात्मा गुडाकेश सर्वभूताशयस्थितः ।अहमादिश्च मध्यं च भूतानामन्त एव च ॥
Aham ātmā guḍākeśa sarva-bhūtāśaya-sthitaḥAham ādiś ca madhyaṃ ca bhūtānām anta eva ca
I am the Self, O Gudakesa, dwelling in the hearts of all creatures. I am the beginning, the middle, and the end of all beings.
Chapter 10, Verse 32 · God in Knowledge
सर्गाणामादिरन्तश्च मध्यं चैवाहमर्जुन ।अध्यात्मविद्या विद्यानां वादः प्रवदतामहम् ॥
Sargāṇām ādir antaś ca madhyaṃ caivāham arjunaAdhyātma-vidyā vidyānāṃ vādaḥ pravadatām aham
Of all creations I am the beginning and the end and also the middle, O Arjuna. Of all the sciences I am the science of the Self, and among logicians I am the conclusive truth.
Chapter 10, Verse 39 · God as the Seed of All
यच्चापि सर्वभूतानां बीजं तदहमर्जुन ।न तदस्ति विना यत्स्यान्मया भूतं चराचरम् ॥
Yac cāpi sarva-bhūtānāṃ bījaṃ tad aham arjunaNa tad asti vinā yat syān mayā bhūtaṃ carācaram
Furthermore, O Arjuna, I am the generating seed of all existences. There is no being — moving or nonmoving — that can exist without Me.
