Verse 1

नमस्तेऽस्तु महामाये श्रीपीठे सुरपूजिते।शङ्खचक्रगदाहस्ते महालक्ष्मि नमोऽस्तु ते॥

Namaste Astu Mahamaye Shripithe Surapujite.Shankha-Chakra-Gada-Haste Mahalakshmi Namostute.

Salutations to you, O great illusion, worshipped by the gods on the divine seat. O Mahalakshmi, holding conch, discus, and mace, I bow to you.

Verse 2

नमस्ते गरुडारूढे कोलासुरभयङ्करि।सर्वपापहरे देवि महालक्ष्मि नमोऽस्तु ते॥

Namaste Garudarudhe Kolasura-Bhayankkari.Sarva-Papa-Hare Devi Mahalakshmi Namostute.

Salutations to you who rides Garuda, who terrified the demon Kola. O Goddess who removes all sins, O Mahalakshmi, I bow to you.

Verse 3

सर्वज्ञे सर्ववरदे सर्वदुष्टभयङ्करि।सर्वदुःखहरे देवि महालक्ष्मि नमोऽस्तु ते॥

Sarvajne Sarvaaverade Sarva-Dushta-Bhayankkari.Sarva-Duhkha-Hare Devi Mahalakshmi Namostute.

O omniscient one, granter of all boons, terrifier of all evil ones, remover of all sorrows — O Goddess Mahalakshmi, I bow to you.

Verse 4

सिद्धिबुद्धिप्रदे देवि भुक्तिमुक्तिप्रदायिनि।मन्त्रमूर्ते सदा देवि महालक्ष्मि नमोऽस्तु ते॥

Siddhi-Buddhi-Prade Devi Bhukti-Mukti-Pradayini.Mantra-Murte Sada Devi Mahalakshmi Namostute.

O Goddess who grants accomplishment and wisdom, who gives enjoyment and liberation, who is always the embodiment of mantra — O Mahalakshmi, I bow to you.

Verse 5

आद्यन्तरहिते देवि आद्यशक्तिमहेश्वरि।योगजे योगसम्भूते महालक्ष्मि नमोऽस्तु ते॥

Adyanta-Rahite Devi Adya-Shakti-Maheshwari.Yogaje Yoga-Sambhute Mahalakshmi Namostute.

O Goddess without beginning or end, the primordial Shakti, the great queen, born of yoga and present in yoga — O Mahalakshmi, I bow to you.
